L’économie et la sécurité régionale à la conférence Arctic360 de Toronto
TORONTO – Tout juste un an après l’invasion de l’Ukraine par l’armée russe, la conférence Arctic360 qui se déroule pendant deux jours s’est officiellement ouverte jeudi avec une fois encore une grande absente : la Russie. Le rendez-vous annuel qui rassemble de nombreux acteurs du circumpolaire s’est tenu dans un contexte régional sous haute tension géopolitique.
Arctic360, groupe de réflexion dont les dirigeants sont en majorité autochtones, offre chaque année la chance d’entamer des discussions entre les gouvernements, les organisations autochtones et le secteur privé sur le développement dans l’Arctique.
