In an interview with Bloomberg TV Canada’s Rudyard Griffiths, Mike Sfraga, director of the Wilson Center’s revitalized polar initiative, and Jessica Shadian, senior fellow at the Bill Graham Centre for Contemporary International History, explain the geopolitical impact of the arctic melt.
